Order Processing and Shipping:
All parcels are shipped Canada Post Express and are insured.
Most orders are processed within two business days. Note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. During sale and holiday periods additional processing time may be required. Delivery times vary by destination. To ensure you receive your order when you want it, please plan accordingly. We cannot guarantee delivery times. If being shipped outside of Canada, please allow extra time for your parcel to clear customs.
The ship to and bill to address must be the same.
Duties & Taxes:
Prices displayed on the website are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes.
Goods shipped within Canada will have the appropriate taxes added to the purchase price at check out. Goods made in Canada or the USA, and shipped within either country are duty free. Goods Shipped out of Canada are not subject to Canadian GST or PST. They may however be subject to duties and taxes from the destination country. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred.
Return & Exchange Policy
15-Day Hassle Free Returns
Products may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. Whether it be a sizing issue, you don’t like the product, or you’re simply having second thoughts: you’re free to return it.
Original tags must still be attached and items must be in unused condition to receive 100% refund. If you are concerned that you have received a defective item please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your product for a return authorization.
Refunds
Product refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. A restocking fee will apply if the product is posted late, original tags are missing, or shows signs of wear. Excessive returns/cancellations may be subject to restriction, refusal, or be assessed a restocking/cancellation fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
