Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping:
All parcels are insured and shipped by Canada Post Express.
Most orders are processed within two business days. Note, that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. During sale and holiday periods additional processing time may be required. Delivery times vary by destination. Please plan accordingly to ensure you receive your order when you want it. We cannot guarantee delivery times. If being shipped outside of Canada, please allow extra time for your parcel to clear customs. 

The ship to and bill to address must be the same.

Duties & Taxes:
Prices displayed on the website are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes.
Goods shipped within Canada will have the appropriate taxes added to the purchase price at check out. Goods made in Canada or the USA, and shipped within either country are duty-free. Goods Shipped out of Canada are not subject to Canadian GST or PST. They may however be subject to duties and taxes from the destination country. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred.
